Artist Statement
This work pokes fun at the greedy capitalist corporations that are now at large, dominating the landscape and the political agendas of all major parties.

Just like an antiquated dinosaur, the coal model and petrochemical industries need to go extinct before they consume all life in their path.

When their activities are not curtailed, wild spaces are continually diminished. Likewise in the cities, developers continue to deregulate urban green spaces to build luxury apartments, while rural spaces are deregulated to give big business access to natural resources: coal, rare earths, woods and minerals.
